How to make a return ?
Contact us directly via our email address: customerservice@bai-day.com or on our social networks indicating your desire to return the products and initiate a refund request. We will provide you with the necessary elements for the correct return of the items. We will refund the entire order (including delivery costs) after having received all the products previously ordered, however the return costs will be at your expense and the request must be made within 30 days of good receipt of order.
When is my order invoiced and when is it shipped ?
The order is invoiced as soon as the payment is validated by the various payment platforms. The order is shipped within an average of 24 to 48 hours from the order confirmation.
